By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Leadership Clearly™, the Leadership Clearly Method, the Leadership Language Quiz, and related names and logos are trademarks of Leadership Clearly, LLC. You may not use them without our prior written permission, and you may not use them in any way that suggests we sponsor, endorse, or are affiliated with you or your products or services.
Limited license
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Site for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site, including our frameworks, assessments, and downloadable materials, without our prior written permission. You may share links to the Site.
The Leadership Language Quiz
The Leadership Language Quiz and its results are offered for personal reflection and professional development. They are not a psychological, clinical, or employment assessment, and they should not be used as the sole basis for hiring, promotion, or other employment decisions.
Not professional advice
Content on the Site, including articles, podcast episodes, videos, quizzes, and newsletters, is for general information and education only. It is not legal, financial, medical, mental health, or other professional advice, and using the Site does not create a client relationship with Leadership Clearly. Please consult a qualified professional about your specific situation.
Client engagements
Consulting, coaching, workshops, speaking, and other paid services are governed by a separate written agreement between Leadership Clearly and the client. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for those services.
Email communications
If you subscribe to our newsletter or other emails, you agree to receive them from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
Limitation of liability

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pierce County, Washington, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. The Site is operated from the United States, and we make no claim that it is appropriate or available for use in other locations.
Remedies
If you breach these Terms, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in addition to any other remedies available by law, because a breach may cause harm that money damages alone cannot repair.
No waiver
If we do not enforce any part of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it, or any other part, later.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and change the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Leadership Clearly regarding your use of the Site, and they replace any prior understandings about the Site. Paid services are covered by their own written agreements, as described in section 6.
